Your Impact

Eon Dental seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to directly support our hyper growth plans in Jordan and beyond. The role is responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of the end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles (including some senior hires). Customer groups include teams in our state of the art Factory and our Technology function. The successful candidate will establish themselves as the 'go to' partner for recruitment for their areas and success will be predicated on establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR generalists across the business. Efforts will include recruitment marketing and sourcing while determining innovative ways to attract and engage top talent as Eon grows. Performance in the role will be measured on hire quality, time to hire, cost to hire and candidate satisfaction.

What You'll Do

●      To directly support achievement of our hyper growth plans

●      To manage the sourcing, selection, presentation, negotiation, offer and closing and all aspects involved in full life cycle of recruiting

●      To directly source the best talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV database searching, social media, advertising, networking, events etc.

●      To build close partnerships with hiring managers and HR generalists to ensure success

●      To create innovative and creative sourcing strategies to achieve our goals

●      To represent the brand externally, making sure you sell the company story and vision!

●      To screen, interview and assess candidates to provide qualified candidate shortlists and candidate insight for hiring managers

●      To provide advice to customers regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates

●      (With HR generalists) To ensure hiring managers are creating the best possible candidate experiences through strong interview skills and timely, specific feedback

●      To search and headhunt for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques

●      Where they exist, to effectively manage our relationships with partner agencies to move from an agency led approach to a position where we only use them for certain senior roles and difficult to fill roles

●      To measure, iterate and optimise our approach in terms of key TA metrics

●      To embed our ATS to maximise the effectiveness of our processes and leverage the investment

●      To facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates and to report regular performance metrics to assess success

●      To share market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction

What To Bring

●      3+ years of recruiting experience working for a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up or a significant in-house recruitment function

●      Experience recruiting for a variety of specialist and volume roles

●      Proven track record of direct sourcing utilising job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search methods etc.

●      Excellent communication skills and personal impact with the ability to engage with employees at all levels including senior stakeholders

●      Excellent candidate service and care about the candidate journey

●      Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English

●      A good working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

●      The ability to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities

 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

●      Proven track record in scaling commercial & manufacturing departments

●      Experience recruiting Internationally is preferred
