Your Impact

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the quality culture within all business units and ensuring that Eon Dental is meeting the international quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure that all ISO documentation is up to date
  • Hold ISO management reviews
  • Conduct quality internal audits
  • Train all employees on quality assurance matters
  • Ensure full adherence with the existing Quality policy
  • Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies and issue corrective action when deemed necessary
  • Develop and maintain operation specific work instructions and inspection standards
  • Evaluate and keep up with all suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards & requirements
  • Ensure conformance with overall company standards relating to documentation and record systems
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager

What To Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a medical device company working with ISO 13485.
  • Experience in attending international audits is a plus.
  • Certified Lead Auditor is a must
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016
  • Quality internal audit
  • Managing QMS
  • SOP development
  • Validation of processes
  • Research & data analysis
  • Report writing
  • ISO 9001:2015 (preferable)
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced computer skills


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or similar
