Your Impact

Quality control specialists will be responsible of the quality control team in the factory, performing random checks to quickly discover variations in raw materials and manufacturing process, maintaining well documented records and ensuring that defective parts are repaired, re-tested, or pulled out from production. They may deliver their reports to other team members to address persistent quality issues in manufacturing and identify problem areas.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct inspection activities on raw materials,semi finished goods,and finished goods.
  • Conduct tests in the lab and share the findings with the line manager
  • Isolate rejected items that might be revealed during inspection processes, track back root causes, and decide on immediate containment actions as applicable
  • Run internal control samples and evaluate results.
  • Follow-up on trial samples and document information 
  • Execute related activities in safe and environmentally friendly ways
  • Adhere to QMS policies and propose improvement ideas to meet quality objectives
  • Perform other relevant tasks that might be requested

What To Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in QC within the manufacturing sector, preferably in FMCG, Plastics (extrusion processes) or casting resins.
  • Experience in an analytical Laboratory is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science in one of the following fields: 
    • Industrial engineering (manufacturing track only)
    • Chemical engineering
    • Mechanical engineering
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is a must.
