Your Impact

The Product Designer is based out of Amman, Jordan,  reports to the Head of Product Management, and will be responsible for creating and enhancing seamless user experiences across our products. This role involves leading the design process from
wireframing to final UI, conducting user research and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions. The Product Designer will
ensure alignment with user needs, and business goals, and design best practices, contributing to a consistent and innovative user experience across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Manage the complete design process from research and ideation to final implementation, with a focus on UX, UI, and Research.
  
  
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
  
  
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
  
  
• Analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  
  
• Champion user-centric design across the organization with energy, passion, and focus on the end user.
  
  
• Advocate for the importance of design within the company, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized at all levels of the organization.
  
  
• Apply deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices to deliver high-quality, intuitive experiences.
  
  
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in design systems and workflows.
  
  
• Prioritize design tasks based on business objectives, user needs, and product requirements, ensuring high-value impact with each iteration.
  
  
• Balance multiple design projects while keeping the focus on creating value for users and the business.
  
  
• Provide leadership and direction for the growth of the UX/UI team as the company scales.
  
  
• Mentor and support junior designers, ensuring their professional growth and fostering a collaborative design culture.
  
  
• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
  
  
• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective
  resolution.
  
  
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
  

What To Bring

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Understanding of software development and product design.
• Figma or Adobe Experience is a must(Design System).
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices is preferred.
