Your Impact
This is a 3-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations while working closely with industry professionals. The Accounting Executive Intern plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company, assisting in various accounting tasks under the guidance of the Accounting Team Leader. He/ She contributes to maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the Accounting team in day-to-day accounting activities.
What You'll Do
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Help prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Specialist and other team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in other accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
